29268 Steampunk Armor WITHOUT BRASS INSERTS!

I have purchased 3 Armor Series Deep Cut 360 lighters in the past and have been satisfied. I just received my steampunk armor 29268. I was very pleased with this lighter and love that it comes with a brass insert as shown in the ad and video! BUT, SOMETHING NEEDED, IT COMES WITHOUT A BRASS INSERT! REGULAR CHROME USE ONLY! I don't want to return it as I may not be able to get this lighter anymore as ZIPPO is known for not sending their customers the design they ordered, but no matter how much I pay for this lighter they must send me correct brass insert!
