I was so excited about this product that I was quickly disappointed. We were due to go on a family trip in the morning and we had to tape one of the straps where the strap seams had completely torn before we could even install properly, leaving only one punch for that corner. Due to the timing of the trip, there is no time to return and re-order a decent product. Hoping the tape patches and rope reinforcement would survive our six hour ride. I will ask for a full refund once we return. Let's hope all our luggage isn't scattered all over the Autobahn. Nevertheless, we do not go out on the streets and do not endanger anyone. Hopefully other things don't go wrong in other reviews. Seams are torn, etc. (In his defense, the review was already after purchase). Appropriate adjustments and reinforcements have been made for safe travel, and additional checkpoints will be established. But the product itself is complete junk! You need to revise the design and adjust the material. This is a cheap product and poor design. Don't waste your money as I will be asking mine back because it did NOTHING as advertised.
