This is an amazing program to use in sales meetings. It allows you to ask questions that can't be answered by just asking your sales team member, it also allows you to give direction without being bossy. I wish there was more time given as well as time allotted to answer each question. You need to have a lot of questions and topics to fit into the time allowed. If you are looking to create better training for your sales team this program is a great way to do so. The feedback from my customers has been very helpful. We can now spend more productive time talking about what they like and dislike as opposed to wasting time finding out through trial and error.
