I see several reports of cleaning issues with this product. Stainless steel pans must be cleaned immediately when hot. If you're buying this to cook and then sit down and eat, you have to understand that you can't leave the grill dirty and come back later to clean it. Have a full wet towel and a dry towel. While heating up, take a damp towel and lay it on. Skillet should it be steamed, use a steel spatula and press on the towel and wipe the grill back and forth, turn it over and repeat again until all the food stains are gone, the drip tray being the last. After you finish the top, take a rag, place it in the grease pan and wipe it down, picking up the solids and discarding them with a steel spatula. Turn off the heat, grab a dry towel, and go over the pan with this spatula. Next time you're at a skillet restaurant, you can see from the seats what the chef is doing after he's done. I learned this method when I was a fast food chef, all I needed was water, a cloth towel and steam to keep it clean. No chemicals required.
