**I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW WHEN ROSEWILL RESPONSES** I purchased a brand new item and received a scratched, dented and rusty item. The remote control has a large scratch on the front and the display does not work. There is a scratch and a small dent on the back of the device covered with rust. And in the package were a few strands of hair from the person who must have sent the device back before me. The device itself seems to be doing its job, but it's only the first day and who knows if it'll last long, so I'll let it run for a bit to see if they've tried to make me do the dirty work. I am so disappointed. I was very excited to have this device and even happier to have found a brand new device within my budget. Very frustrating. I have asked Rosewill to send me a new remote and partially refund the cost of the product as it is obviously not new and little or no attention was paid to the repair process.
