The product has good assembly and nice finish. Note that installation material is very cheap. If you already have drywall anchors, they are most likely of a higher quality than the ones supplied. If you can drill it directly into the rack with a few drywall screws, even better. The thing has an insanely strong grip on the handles. They are difficult to put in and difficult to take out. I ended up bending the metal braces outwards so there was less support. If you bend them too much they won't catch, so be careful. Now my broom and mop go in and out just fine. I used to think I was going to rip that thing out of the wall. Hold on for now.
