Review on Yamaha YRS-700 TV Stand: 7.1-Channel Home Theater System, 250W Digital Amplifier, and Invisible Subwoofer (Black) by Daniel Shivashankar

I hate to spoil anyone's parade but I'm not impressed with this system considering it costs $1000!. It's easy to set up and the remote control is very easy to use, but I've watched a lot of movies with surround sound and I have to say I'm disappointed with the lack of clear surround sound. I've sat in every seat in my living room and although the unit says it's broadcasting in surround sound, all the audio sounds like it's coming from the front of the room, like regular TV speakers. Before I spent $1,000 on this unit I would definitely listen to it personally if I could because my Yamaha surround sound system
