All in one place system for our clients, easy communication between different departments-in house & outsourced employees alike! Easy access throughout my team members are able keep up w/ their tasks while I am away as well as when traveling out ou state or country side during working hours!! Love how it has made things much easier not only internally but also externally too. Would like more features added such as email tracking etc - however this may be due t lack resources rather than anything else :) We're solving all issues related internal communications within each client contact point so we can easily track progress where ever needed across multiple locations around Australia throughout both day time work shifts / night shift times without any issue!
