Great product with great features: Bitochon Sales CRM Portal

The software works well for the most part. It is well designed and easy to use. I like that it is a CRM tool but not a full ERP. The support is good, but they do not have the best customer support. I have been a customer for a few years now, and I am not sure if I can say it is the best. I have used other CRM systems and I have found that Bitochon is a little better. Very user friendly and helpful to have everything under control

All in one place system for our clients, easy communication between different departments-in house & outsourced employees alike! Easy access throughout my team members are able keep up w/ their tasks while I am away as well as when traveling out ou state or country side during working hours!! Love how it has made things much easier not only internally but also externally too. Would like more features added such as email tracking etc - however this may be due t lack resources rather than…

The price, ease-of use for both our internal as well external reps - I have yet not found anything in particular i dislike about this software! It has helped us keep tabs and track all interactions between ourselves, clients or prospects AND other team members who are working alongside them through email threads etc.- we've been able to see what was said before hand so there were no surprises once it reached their desk manager/client lead ect.. Nothing really comes close but if anyone wanted…
