A practical product, nothing to complain about.
— In another review, they ask about the expiration date. 3 years from the date of manufacture. All dates are indicated on the bottom of the jar. - Since the doses are "horse", and most of the vitamins are not absorbed, be prepared for bright yellow urine :). Everyone writes about this in reviews in one very famous store. I confirm. - In addition to this complex, I now take Omega-3 and Eleutherococcus. - I bought such vitamins twice not here, but given the delivery bonus and discounts, I will consider taking it as an option for the future.
- - Value: price / composition. More details below. - "Horse" doses, especially B vitamins (100-4500% of the daily value in two capsules). So if your lifestyle is not super active, you can take 1 capsule a day instead of two (I do), which makes these vitamins inexpensive. - Rich composition: all popular vitamins, minerals, several amino acids (which are usually not found in complexes), herbal supplements (fruit, vegetable, herbs), "male" supplements. - VPLab is a British sports nutrition brand. More confidence in their production technology.
- - Of course, as with other vitamin complexes, there is no certainty that the composition corresponds to the declared one. Didn't experience any wow effect. Before these vitamins, I drank Complivit 365. But if we compare the composition, then heaven and earth are in favor of VPLab. - They say that any vitamin complexes are less effective than taking them separately, since many vitamins are incompatible with each other (destroy each other or interfere with absorption). But when I tried to assemble a personal vitamin complex for myself separately, trying to follow the compatibility table, I realized that it was too hemorrhagic. It's easier to choose a complex.
