Image freezes and freezes during each movie (2 different machines)
With both players we only did this with 4K discs. We sent back the first player because every movie we played stuttered and froze and the screen froze; tried six different movies and two of them twice. Waiting for a replacement and hoping it was just a mistake in the first one. The second player doesn't seem to do this as often, but I am assuming that this model has a data issue or something that is causing the player to freeze so that doesn't work. run until you finally rewind (at 2x or 3x), at which point it will play again
- Enjoy HD content in 4K UHD with 4K upscaling
