Tried different reset methods, same result. I didn't play the disc because it gave me a message saying it had shut down. If you buy refurbs, be prepared to deal with them from time to time. With both players we only did this with 4K discs. We sent back the first player because every movie we played stuttered and froze and the screen froze; tried six different movies and two of them twice. Waiting for a replacement and hoping it was just a mistake in the first one.
