Trixie Walker Care Comfort Dog Safety Boots

We bought these after our dog had FCE. I saw this in someone's recovery video of their dog and tracked it down. Not sure if we bought the wrong size and our dog is just chunky or not, or maybe just wondering how his hind legs are. Sometimes they slip off despite Velcro. His walking has gotten much better over time and we don't need it anymore. But when we used them heavily, our dog would drag his feet, and that helped protect them from injury. I cannot thank these boots enough for the protection they gave him during his recovery. I think they've worn down a bit over time and there may be a tiny hole rubbed through one, but I'll have to double-check to be sure. However, it was a lifesaver and we would buy them again. So long they stopped for several walks, often pulling behind with his hind legs and especially one leg as the other got better. It was such a small price to pay to protect his little feet. I definitely cannot recommend them enough. I just wish there was more help in finding the right size so they don't slip off your feet so easily. Maybe downsizing isn't so bad after all? We may have done the touching more than we should have because our dog doesn't like nail clipping and is quite difficult to deal with. So we focus more on his comfort when we can.
