Very cute design and nice color but the cotton part of the tulle skirt is sooooo short! The sheer tulle section was just the right length, hitting just above the knee, but the sheer cotton skirt underneath barely covered my daughter's bottom, so we had to wear pants underneath. I guess it wasn't the end of the world but we were hoping for a dress and it has to be worn as a shirt instead which was a bummer for my dress loving little girl.
