Good image quality, makes RPi very hot, a bit tricky to install IR lamps

I got this for RPi Zero W to build a security camera. This works, but makes the RPi ZW much hotter (sometimes over 65C). Also, the IR bulbs are not attached and it's a bit tricky to screw in the 4 screws to secure them because the nuts and bolts are so tiny. The image quality is typical or slightly better than that of conventional cameras with a CMOS sensor. I don't see myself being able to use it for 24/7 monitoring as the RPi gets too hot.
