We bought this helmet for our daughter. It never seemed to fit right the three times she wore it. Then we realized it was because there was a very small plastic piece that was broken inside the helmet. The twist part that tightens the helmet on the back of your child's head is only held on by a small plastic part that attaches to the actual helmet. That piece is broken in our helmet, but since it is such a small piece we didn't realize it until our return window closed (which was only about 30 days). It either arrived broken or broke during the first wear, because the helmet never fit well. The last helmet my daughter had from Walmart lasted 3 years no problem until she out grew it. Definitely not worth the money.
