Great running bracelet. I'm an average height woman with small arms (the only muscles I have come from lifting a three year old). Velcro is small enough for my hand and big enough for my husband's hand. He's a big guy with more muscle than average. Sits comfortably, does not pinch and does not slip. It has plenty of openings to access the various headphone jacks. There's a handy little valve on the side where you can tie extra headphone cords. This headband was designed for the iPhone, but it fits my HTC Touch Pro perfectly when I take it out of the case. I've set my phone's playlist to start before it starts because it's not easy to select things on the screen when it's attached to your hand. However, the touchscreen reacts through the plastic cover. I also use an Aerielle i2i wireless digital audio device for iPods and MP3 players (black) to connect wirelessly to my TV and it goes very well with that too, but if you have a wristband pressing too hard will break the channel button pressed. The i2i doesn't fill the entire compartment, but it's thicker than my phone so it stays secure. It's also easy to access the volume/mute button through the top hole.
