The customer service team is always helpful in answering all our questions quickly, effectively & efficiently! They are very knowledgeable of their product line which makes it easy for us as customers when we have any issues or concerns with products they use daily (iPad/Android devices). I would highly recommend this platform because you never know what problems your business may face but if there's anything that can help them solve those situations then go ahead!! You'll be thankful later once things start working smoothly again! Nothing so far!! Would love more training options like webinars etc., however everything stated above has been great thus far from my experience using exa services. ! Our organization used excel spreadsheets priorly - now able run reports quicker than ever before thanks to EXA SERVICES INC.'s cloud solution. It saves time plus helps keep track who did certain tasks within an Excel template rather just having one person look.
