The chair is gorgeous. I chose for almost a week, it was not possible to come to the store and check for convenience. At first I was guided by the functionality, then by the company and reviews. The reviews of this chair on YouTube helped a lot. Came in a branded package with a sufficient amount of filler, nothing is wrinkled, scratched, etc. I used to sit on the cheapest computer chair, the creak and discomfort from sitting became unbearable and I decided to buy a good chair, I was not mistaken with the choice. I constantly use all the available adjustments and the swing mechanism. The chair is needed mainly for work, I often spend 12 or more hours a day in it. If some part of the body begins to numb or get tired, I change position, so there can be no talk of discomfort. The chair helps to maintain correct posture, I always use the back as a support, unlike the previous chair, in which I often sat in the shape of the letter "C". Many people use only one pillow, but for me both are comfortable at the same time. They are moderately soft and pleasant to the touch. The first few days in the room there was a smell of leatherette, which is quite normal, it did not bother me in any way, especially since it ceases to be felt after about half a minute. Also, in the early days, the rocking mechanism creaked a little, now it has developed and the chair does not make any sounds at all. Separately, I note the wheels. The surface is not made of plastic, but of polyurethane, so the chair can be used directly on the laminate (I have not tested it on other surfaces) and not damage it. But because of this feature, dust and all sorts of small particles stick to the wheels, you can see in the photo. I have a repair in my apartment, so the wheels have collected everything that is possible. I did not mark it in the minuses, because there is nothing critical in this. If the room is clean, then there will be nothing to stick to.
