False advertising

I wear size 13 men's shoes. My order consisted of (2) large packs of men's socks in sizes 13-16. I couldn't get them up! My wife wears size 7 socks and they fit her very well. They weren't wrong on the packaging, these are the socks themselves. Now my 10-year-old grandson wears them. I'M NOT HAPPY AT ALL! I stay in slippers.
