A Great Customer Service Platform: Next IT
Next IT has been a great asset for our organization. The customer service is unparalleled. The software is easy to learn and easy to use. The customer service and support team is amazing. They are always willing to help us. There is not much I dislike about Next IT. I would love to see more marketing on their website. Please get in touch with us. We are using Next IT to help us with our customer service issues. We are solving our customer service issues with Next IT. We are saving time for our customers.

- User friendly system!Great Customer Service Team very responsive when you have questions or concerns..The training, tutorials & walkthroughs were invaluable as they helped me master this new program quickly without any confusion.
- Great communication from all members within your account (sales rep/tech) that can be reached via phone call if needed but most importantly by email which was so helpful during my learning curve
