will not fit US mounting holes, under Powerd
Purchased for a '98 Arctic Cat ATV. The winch plate I bought for the quad (made in the USA) had the mounting holes spaced differently so I had to drill and weld all the brackets together. didn't seem to have enough power, it had enough power to pull the quad up a low trailer ramp in a net (but for the price I think it's what I had in mind)
