I also had an old ANT device that I got from a friend. As soon as I plugged it into the USB port it worked. No installation was required. No computer setup was required. Just plug in the game. But this article? Well it was not recognized by my computer. I did a little research on the internet, I sent a message to the supplier, I even sent a message to the product manufacturer's customer service. Everything indicated that I needed to install one or more hard drives. Assuming that was the problem, why didn't this install start automatically? Why wasn't the installation CD included with the product? So I went ahead and installed what I was told. But nothing helped. The key is dead. The pc couldn't recognize it. Zwift couldn't see it. So I asked Revain to take a step which they did and I will be returning the product for a refund. Maybe I was just unlucky with a defective item. It could happen. Anyhow, I think the seller could have been more approachable and supportive in finding the real problem.
