Bad quality, very bad customer service.
Bad customer service. They exceed promises and don't deliver!. You are misleading. The quality of the shoes I ordered is very poor, cheap. I wore them twice and the rubber started to peel off the shoes. just. They promised to replace the shoes three times. It never happened! I am an entrepreneur (retail). I just can't believe things like this happen in today's world. It's not about the price of the shoes, it's about the basics of the business, customer service, supporting your product, and how to properly handle customer issues. Worst online shopping experience. I wonder if someone will get in touch with me, maybe call me. Corporate Headquarters.
