Review on 🦈 Revolutionary Shark Wheel Skating Wheels for Longboarding - Sidewinder 70mm 78a - High-Performance Shark Longboarding Wheels by Todd Stepp

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Great new wheel. I don't expect longevity from him.

Bought a set of 70mm Shark wheels. If these were another premium manufacturer's wheels I would be a) surprised to see a product of this quality end up in bags and b) likely to hear an apology from them when they found something like that out in the wild. All wheels are uncut. three filler necks on the inside wall of each wheel. Apparently this is normal. If you turn them upside down, they look awful. The do-it-yourself look is all the rage these days. The two wheels have a bladder cavity on the inner wall that is large enough to expose the inner core. The third wheel is clearly filled with air bubbles. Shark Wheels packaging states that questions will be answered within 24 hours. I've never seen so many gauges on a company's wheels, let alone a boxed set. When inquiring into whether they are "as good as they are" or whether they represent a need to change, the company has not responded to me. We won't ride them until we know if they're okay or not. . If this is normal, be prepared to be unimpressed. They don't look well made. The square wheel strap looks great. I heard they drive well. But the top price suggests a certain care in manufacturing and quality control. I've heard they wear out quickly on sliders - which makes sense given the lack of contact area. So you better drive very well. Do they drive so well that we don't notice these flaws?
