Wheels are slow and terrible for rough terrain

I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with these wheels and extremely misled by the customer reviews on this product. As an avid longboarder, I enjoy cruising on and around college campuses; I know what good wheels should be. The only reason I bought new wheels is because one of my current 74mm 78A road bikes lost a few parts of the wheel and it was noticeably slowing me down, but even with the new shark wheels my board was overall. about half as slow as road bikes with a broken wheel. Worse,

Good Engineering on Wheels

These wheels are beautifully engineered. They really changed the design of the wheel. I've had expensive super soft and super sticky rollers in assembly before but bought these out of curiosity. Like any regular wheeled racer, you know that the best way to get over any bump or ledge is to angle over it wheel by wheel without hitting the ledge and stopping front or rear wheels. at the same time, you throw. But sometimes you don't have enough room to pass it at an angle, but the design of these…

Great new wheel. I don't expect longevity from him.

Bought a set of 70mm Shark wheels. If these were another premium manufacturer's wheels I would be a) surprised to see a product of this quality end up in bags and b) likely to hear an apology from them when they found something like that out in the wild. All wheels are uncut. three filler necks on the inside wall of each wheel. Apparently this is normal. If you turn them upside down, they look awful. The do-it-yourself look is all the rage these days. The two wheels have a bladder cavity on the

First Impressions

Well first of all my wheels weren't supposed to arrive until Monday the 5th, I got them on Saturday the 3rd! Crazy bonus points, actually I started with 3 stars, I will upgrade it to 4 for the fast shipping. Now I was pretty sure I ordered the yellow "amber" set, I got purple which was the first color I looked at. Uh yellow would go well with my yellow camps but purple is my favorite color so it's not that big of a deal and honestly it could have been my fault or Revane's fault. with…

Ideal wheels for cruising?

I've been using these bikes almost exclusively for about 5 months now. Let me tell you these are probably the best wheelset you will ever ride. At 70mm, they're great for traversing cracks, bumps, and generally anything that would otherwise slow you down. With a hardness of 78a, they are soft enough to make the ride much more comfortable and stable than traditional longboard wheels. Combine that with the sinusoidal shape of these wheels and you have the smoothest ride you could hope for on a…
