It is easy to use since it is cloud-based software, so no need to install additional applications or anything. The subscription fee is also not too much. I think they have some problem with their customer care department though. Sometimes, my messages are not delivered to my email address and I have to contact them for them to deliver. Sometimes, after sending my message, no response is received from them. I think they should improve their customer support department. They seem to be doing good work but sometimes our requests are not being treated well by their team. Cloud-based software. Simple to use. Easy to deploy.
