Poor build quality
Extremely disappointed with this product. Spent hours assembling, modifying and $40 at a hardware store for tools to do this job. The metal part of the fixture that connects to the wooden part didn't match at all. I had to drill holes and assemble it so we could get it working. People come to us, so we had to fix it and hang it on the ceiling. It looks great, but the quality just isn't there.
