Review on SMILERACING by Brian Foster

Revainrating 1 out of 5

I am dissatisfied with SMILERACING because of their poor quality and service to customers.

Unfortunately, my experience with SMILERACING, from which I recently purchased replacement components for the fuel system of my vehicle, was not at all satisfactory. I would not recommend them. Despite their assertions that they provide components of the highest possible quality, I was sent parts that were of a subpar standard and did not live up to my anticipations. When I reached out to their customer service staff for assistance, the responses I received were unhelpful and condescending. It was clear that they placed a greater emphasis on completing a sale than they did on ensuring that the customer's needs were met. I did not get the impression that I was a valued consumer but rather just another number to them. The fact that they had a difficult delivery and return policy only made the situation worse. When I attempted to return the parts, I had to go through a lot of hoops just to get a refund, and the shipping took much longer than I had anticipated. It was a trying and exhausting experience that required a lot of time. In general, my time spent with SMILERACING was marred by a profound sense of dissatisfaction on my part. It is not worth the trouble to buy replacement components from them because of the poor quality of their products and the unsatisfactory level of customer service they provide. Look elsewhere to satisfy your requirements for automotive replacement parts in order to save yourself some difficulty.

Pros
  • Large inventory to cater to the requirements of each and every form of vehicle
Cons
  • Some consumers have complained about the inconvenient returns policy.
