I read another review on this that mentioned something about their bits leaving "fluffy hairs" in the tool's path and that it was a "waste of money". But ignore their ignorance and just do your homework when it comes to the delivery and speed of your materials. I've been working with CNC for about 9 years now and about a year ago I was mainly into 2D cutting of sheet materials for sign making. I've only recently started using V-Carving for more complex graphic purposes. Most of what I make can be done with a much larger 90 degree angle, but I can work at higher feeds and lower RPMs, but I need something for the finer details. So I decided on this set, which I like to do. Since these are 1/8" shanks, be sure to run them at higher RPMs. Start with a moderate feed rate for your application and adjust as needed when you start cutting. Just remember that every CNC and spindle is different and will always produce different results. As such, there are no universal parameters for any given bit or end mill. You have to spend time getting your machine to learn its limits with different materials and variations in speeds and feeds for each bit you use.
