I am delighted with the overall performance of this product. Matches the contours of the part I'm sanding. Large selection of grinding wheels with different grits. My only complaint is that the soft lining has separated. I contacted the company and they said they could refund my money. I told them I love the product and just need a new gasket. They said they couldn't. They could only offer a refund. I told them I would accept whatever they wanted, but after that I never heard from them again. I'd love to give 5 stars but customer service, which was initially very responsive, seems to have thrown the ball. I still use this product and it works well.
