Aera has been very helpful as they have helped us through multiple phases of implementation including getting started, onboarding new users, training them, and ongoing support after launch. It's always good to know there are others out there who want what you do, and will go out of their way to make it happen! The team at Aera is extremely responsive and willing to work hard toward any goal we've set together. They're also easy to talk to (which isn't always the case!). We were looking for an AI platform that would enable customers to take advantage of all available options without having to build each one from scratch themselves.
