Great partners in helping me get where i need

Aera has been very helpful as they have helped us through multiple phases of implementation including getting started, onboarding new users, training them, and ongoing support after launch. It's always good to know there are others out there who want what you do, and will go out of their way to make it happen! The team at Aera is extremely responsive and willing to work hard toward any goal we've set together. They're also easy to talk to (which isn't always the case!). We were looking for an…

Great experience with product and services offered

I like how they are constantly updating their software as well.The team really goes above & below expectations when it comes to customer service or technical problems (which is not very often). The platform works seamlessly together without any hiccups. It seems pretty intuitive once used but also requires significant training time before users reach full productivity level which may be off putting if an organization does more than just 1 type of work such tasks would require too much input…
