I bought this to complement the lemon/lime squeezer I bought as a promotional complement to the manual lemon/lime squeezer I bought. The underside has sharp edges that protrude the full length of the cester. Also, it shaves very large chunks, not thin strips like the old zester I use, but grates cheese well. As long as I compare it to another zester I have, it might work well for another customer. The reason I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars is because the company that created it contacted me and gave me a full refund. This is a small family business and deserves a second chance. It didn't convince me, but maybe another buyer will like it.
