High-quality material on the tow straps

I am a truck driver and transport trailers with tarpaulins. I got a belt winder from my employer, the kind you find at truck stops, and the welds broke on the first try. I wanted one right away, but didn't want to pay truck yard prices. Found this one and am amazed by the quality. The metal is thick and really stands up to the rigors of shipping. The welding is also on top and not some inferior spot welds that don't hold the print well. Just in case, I'm considering buying another one, but not sure I'll ever need it.
