Not really 10 inch

I bought them because they said 10 inch and they are not quite. I have 10" glass bowls exactly on the outside diameter (OD) and they don't fit they fit on the inside diameter. (ID) but it's useless in the lid. So if they work with Pyrex, that's great, but they don't work with Anchor Hocking or Corningware.
