Review on 💧 PUR PPT111W Ultimate Filtration Water Filter Pitcher: Enhanced 11-Cup White Model by Dana Jackson

I bought this to replace my old 7 cup polyurethane pitcher as I figured I wouldn't need to fill it as often. the top that hasn't been emptied yet, or the pitcher is filled with water more than 2 inches below the water fountain, you'll be in for a BIG surprise when you pour a glass of water - the top cap pops open and water pours all over the place! Even if the water level in the jug is high, sometimes the lid gets stuck and again as soon as it is opened, WATER is everywhere! I was able to fix the lid from sticking by removing it, but I still can't put in as much water as I should without water spilling all over the place. I really hope they change the design and recall this jug for an exchange because it is NOT worth the hassle - I was going to order a 7 cup version of this jug but have read similar issues with this one. Luckily I was able to find a previous jug on the auction website that was new in the box I ordered so I didn't have to worry about spilled water!
