Review on 🔍 Advanced 20X20X1 Pleated Furnace Filters for Enhanced Filtration and HVAC Efficiency by David Bott

I don't know how they got such a high rating. I have a 20x40 return so I use 2 20x20 filters. Filtrete 20x20 filters are 20x20, this brand has 19.5x19.5. leaving a gap of inches at the top with an unfiltered opening of 0.5-0.75 inches above the filter. A month later, these filters caught almost nothing; I filled the top gap with the box it came in to prevent unfiltered air from getting in. The filter filters are full of dust and lint and are replaced every month. I took these filters out, took them outside and banged the back with compressed air to see if dust would come out, almost nothing came out which seems to show they don't capture much. Bottom line: don't worry about these filters.
