I ordered a pair of these over two years ago due to issues with people in the garden but ended up turning off the installed one when it started catching Steam people just passing by. Fast forward to some burglaries in my area and I moved one to the back door and the other to the back gate. Left in the package, charged instantly and works like clockwork. They can be hard to find without being blown up by passers-by, getting enough sun to charge, and not being highlighted by branches blowing in gusts of wind. but once you find this beautiful place, they will work just fine. It remains to be seen how well they will charge here in PNW where winter days get insanely short and we don't get much sun, but they are already outperforming other solar products that require more power and have already died as the season progresses.
