I like that we can reach out for help with our questions or concerns at any time through live chat support as well as email. The ability is there if you need it but also has an option where no one will respond unless they are available which helps when needing quick answers without having to wait hours until someone gets back to me via phone/email. It would be nice if more employees were trained so people could understand how things work better especially during peak times. We use this software mostly due to its ease of access from anywhere using my computer, mobile device etc. This allows us flexibility while managing staff who may not have easy internet accessibility otherwise (at home). Having instant responses makes sure issues don't linger longer than necessary. Easy management system allowing multiple users to login even though only 1 person needs them now. If needed, others can log into account later once training done.
