I like that we can reach out for help with our questions or concerns at any time through live chat support as well as email. The ability is there if you need it but also has an option where no one will respond unless they are available which helps when needing quick answers without having to wait hours until someone gets back to me via phone/email. It would be nice if more employees were trained so people could understand how things work better especially during peak times. We use this software

I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
I love how easy it is to create a new page and how easy it is to add new pages. The fact that it is so easy to add new pages and customize is a huge plus. I wish that the customer service was better. I have had to send emails to the support team on several occasions and have never received a response. I have also had to wait a long time for an answer.
I would love to see more options for customization. I would also love to see more options for templates. I am creating a website for my businessβ¦
