The L-brackets themselves are strong and well made, but the hardware supplied is cheap and small, including mounting screws, eyebolt and carabiner. I had to go to the hardware store to buy better bolts and screws. I bought this instead of cheaper alternatives because it was a well known brand (Elite Screens) and I expected high quality, but I was disappointed. The mounting screws are very small and only long enough for drywall mounting, not long enough to safely reach a wall stud. The eyebolt is fairly thin and not screwed in very far, forcing you to hang the screen so that it hangs quite far from the mount. The carabiner doesn't even fit in the front hole on the L-Bracket, despite the instructions, which include an entire section stating that you can use the carabiner to hang the screen from the front hole if you'd like. As I said, the mounts themselves are good and I'm happy with how it looks now, but I had to buy stronger hardware that really handles the mounting.
