I ordered this "thing" to store my 200+ DVDs. I almost felt uncomfortable when it arrived. The shipping box was in poor, restored condition. When I opened it up, the THIN styrofoam packaging was in shreds, leaving behind the styrofoam "dust" to cover anything that needed vacuuming before assembly began. When checking the inventory parts, I noticed that several parts were damaged on the corners and edges. I should have decided to return it straight away but chose to avoid the hassle of returning such a large item. When we started building, the first 4 steps were fine (VERY easy), but the next step started having problems. Namely the connection of parts B, C and D to part H. It just wasn't possible to connect the second B, C and D above to part H which was needed in the next step. The BAD picture in the instructions showed the pins on the top of part H, but there were no holes or parts to connect them. Also, as mentioned elsewhere, the pinholes were too big and the round locking mechanisms didn't work and fell off. very easy. The final straw was that the screws did not line up with their pre-drilled holes, resulting in the screws not going all the way in and cracking the panels. At that point we took apart what we had done and brought it back. Revane, who should be ashamed of selling that cheap Chinese junk.
