TaskBlizz is an excellent tool to use, especially if you have many employees working remotely.
It's easy enough that even non-techies can set up tasks easily with it! I wish there was more integration into other applications like Slack or Zoom which would be nice but no biggie since we are using this primarily as another way of keeping track of things within our organization. We've been able to better manage projects in house by assigning them to specific people who then get assigned work items. This makes sure everyone knows what needs doing next while also giving us visibility at all times to see when someone has hit their deadline so no one gets left behind or forgotten about.
