Review on 🔪 imarku 10 Piece Japanese German Chef Knife Set with Block and Cutting Board - Professional Knife Set for Better Kitchen Tasks by Alejandro Wolf

I was looking for a cleaver with a blade hardness of 60+ "HRC" (Rockwell hardness). The description of this cleaver advertised on Revain states that it "has an HRC (Rockwell Hardness Scale) of 60-62". There were other cheaper splitters advertising "HRC" 58 that had a more comfortable/secure grip design that I would have preferred. I SPECIALLY chose this one for its advertised "HRC" rating of 60-62. When he arrived he was accompanied by a booklet stating he had an "HRC" of 57+ or -1. NOT what the description promised, or what I wanted! I had to contact the seller twice before he admitted that he had a lower HRC rating. BEWARE of their misleading description!
