Stay away. The support is terrible. No service for 2 weeks and counting.

This company is a scammer. Bought one of their machines. The first 300 MB worked. Tried to fill up. I didn't want to do auto top up. I tried to buy a top-up card online at Walmart. They no longer sell top-up cards online. You must either physically go to Walmart to get the card or sign up for automatic top-ups. Her suggestion was to auto-recharge to refill it and then cancel the auto-recharge. Only the rep put in a $45 refill instead of a $25 refill. Then they had no way to remove the charge without waiting a few days. The device no longer works. It was two weeks ago. I've been calling customer service every day for the past 2 weeks. One of several things happens. 1: Their systems are down and they can't find my account. Please call back. 2: You have a server issue that is causing data rates to appear as voice rates, affecting a large number of customers. Please wait 24 hours and try again. (Note that line level sales reps never seem to be aware of this server issue affecting a large number of customers, only managers seem to have this scenario) or3: Ask to speak to a manager, wait 5 minutes and then disconnect. It seems like they just have a set of scripts to read to the client, not the ability to troubleshoot. This is a resold tru-connect service. Via the T-Mobile network. But nobody seems to know how it actually works. Choose something else. One more thing.
