Great system for easy time saving - very satisfied!!

I like that we have been able to do everything through this system, even when our office was closed due to weather issues! The support staff has always responded very quickly whenever there were any questions or inquiries about how things work here at CatFastLkq/CFLI&E4U (the insurance carrier)!! We've never had an issue where something needed adjusting via email from my end -- only if it went directly into their ticketing department did they respond promptly & accurately every time. The support team does a great job and are always willing to help. The system is easy to navigate and has a good UI/UX. The only thing I dislike was the lack of a mobile app. It's a great system and I recommend it. It does the job with ease and is a lot easier to use than other systems. I am solving the problem of claim settlement time and cost.

  • Easy user interface for all users; customer service reps available by phone 24 hours per day without weekends included in coverage times which saves me money because most people don't take calls over weekend days
