I give 5 STARS for the aesthetics and 2 STARS for the inconsistent leakage (performance). I work for a trading company that represents many, many wineries and breweries. We will be demoing/tasting retail wines and beers with these mugs. From an aesthetic point of view, these are cute, attractive and unique looking mugs. Performance is a different story. My first box of these mugs came from my employer's inventory. To my embarrassment, at the peak of the demo, about HALF the cups leaked through the stems (1 star). I ordered my second case from Revain and the ZERO cups ran out. (5 Stars) What a relief! I also ordered my third case from Revain and about 1/3 of them are currently leaking through stems (2 stars). Leaks are a problem, especially in busy warehouses when you're pouring over 100 samples of red wine! I had to buy cocktail napkins to distribute to customers along with their taste. Obviously the problem is thermoforming and the manufacturer should know and hopefully fix it. I will continue to use them as required by my employer and I have my fingers crossed that my next case will be 5 stars.
