I fried steaks several times and did not understand what was wrong. It seems to be a medium, it seems to look beautiful, but the taste is somehow strange. Later I decided to buy 2 steaks and fry one in a pan and the second on an electric grill. The difference is huge. The pan turned out to be a delicious steak, and on the grill the taste of boiled meat. Apparently, the fact is, as many people say on the forum, that the grill plates are aluminum and when you put meat on them, they cool down quickly and do not get a crispy crust. So I do not advise you to buy this grill for cooking steaks. And if you are not a fan of steaks, then feel free to take it !
