I like that it is easy to use, allows for customizing your workflow with multiple templates and options as well as various reports you can create! The support team also seems knowledgeable about their product which makes me feel comfortable using this program over other dental programs out there in my market place (BreathPoint). Nothing really negative at all just some minor things but nothing too major either so no issues here!! If used properly will save time & money overall. It has helped streamline our process of scheduling patients appointments/patients billing etc., while allowing us more control when creating work orders or sending reminders through email if needed via integration w/our CRM system.
